Welcome to the website of the European Conference on HIV situation in the European region with special focus on the accomplishments and challenges concerning HIV prevention, treatment and care in Eastern European countries. The general objective of the conference was to provide an opportunity to enhance the capacity of public health experts as a prerequisite to a successful response to HIV (by facilitating the exchange of knowledge, experience, best practices and research findings in the field of HIV prevention, treatment and care, with a special focus on vulnerable groups and health systems).
